Sara Ebsen was wonderful! She listened to me, helped me and encouraged me on my health journey. Great NP!! Will continue to look to her as my PCP.

I was supposed to be given a number to apply for Medicaid can't find it. I can't get my needed medical care without insurance and since I am unemployed, I should be able to get Medicaid.

I was seen very quickly and checked in with a very knowledgeable nurse. The provider came in right after and went over all the new information I needed. Really satisfied!

My experience with Sara, the nurse practitioner was great. My experience with the medical assistant however was difficult. I did not catch her name. She did not listen well and talked about medical issues as if she were the practitioner. Her manner lead me to believe I had come to the wrong place and was being dismissed with a referral. Thankfully my visit with Sara helped greatly to relieve my health concerns.

She took the time to listen to all my concerns and addressed them fully.
