This was my annual check-up. Provider and staff were cmpletey prepared for my visit. Lab results were discussed in a clear manner. Discussed health goals and actions. Very pleased with the interaction.
I was asked to fill out a questionnaire regarding my mental health. The doctor did not look at it and it was left on the desk when my appointment was concluded. Dr. Patel is a kind physician.
