Very friendly staff and Dr.

This was my first visit with Dr Patel. I definitely felt she listened to me and took my thoughts into consideration in planning a plan of care. She was also very personable and I felt very comfortable talking with her. I appreciated feeling like she was trying to get to know me as a person.

Dr. Sapna Patel is the most compassionate and caring doctor I have ever met. I work in healthcare, and I have never met a doctor that listens to me like Dr. Sapna Patel. She is amazing and I continue to recommend her to everyone I know.

My only complaint is having to be there 15 min before the appointment! If I precheck in then what is the point of sitting in that waiting room for 15 MINUTES!? That is an extra 1/2 hour of time out of work because I have to leave even earlier and the sit and wait! If I am not there for the appointment it is because something happened to me, and you can just go to the next patient. So why is it such a big deal for a person to be there early?
