Very impressed with Dr. the two times I've seen him. Polite always seem concerned and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this doctor to any of my friends if needed it.
You need to do something about your Billing. Nobody can follow it not even the provider. Need to schedule a follow up but can't because of a bill that mysteriously showed up from 2 years ago. We regularly pay our bills and get penalized for it. It would be better to not pay any of our medical bills and let someone else take care of it.

Very difficult to call office. All calls go through Bay Care operator who sends note to doctor/nurse. Takes VERY long to be served when calling operator. Waited 23 minutes on last call to number provided on business card before operator answered.
