Despite this day which appeared to be very busy, medical needs were addressed in a calm and polite manner. I had a few medication issues. However, they were taken care of promptly the next day. Staff followed up with lab results by calling me personally. Kudos to the staff for their disposition and efficiency.

Dr Joshi is great. Every other aspect of that place is HORRIBLE. Making appointments is difficult, the staff isn't friendly, I waited an hour past my appointment time to see the doctor. If I didn't absolutely have to come for prescription refills i would not come

The provider is Dr. Sanjeev Joshi. He has been my internist for 30+ years. He's always been courteous knowledgeable and willing to listen before anything else. I appreciate him immensely he's one of the best doctors Advocate/Arora has.

Dr. Joshi is down to earth and speaks to you as if he is speaking to a friend or family member. He is very knowledgeable and I know that I'm in good hands with him.
