The lab process was terrible. I went down a d waited 45 mins before getting my blood drawn and I was the first one that checked in. Hire some more lab personal so it's not frustrating for me or others. Maybe even a secretary bc people are waiting to even hand in a specimens.

Need to see patient on time. If you are late by 10 minutes them they tell you to reschedule, but they see you past 30 - 45 minutes after your scheduled appointment.
