You log into to Livewell app to check in, it asks you for money, you go into the clinic to check in, they ask you about money fir a copay, health care is all about the money not about the patients anymore!!!
Dr. Gottwald is one of your best providers. She has been my gynecologist for about 25 years. She has the knowledge, most importantly exhibits a caring attitude. Hard to find that quality in this rush-rush environment of care.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Gottwald. I walked away from this appt. wishing every experience at a clinic could be this good! She was thorough, caring, asked questions, took her time....everything you would want a physician to be! I was extremely pleased.
The doctor seemed very knowledgeable and thorough. She did a nice job of explaining and answering questions. However, she seemed rushed and not very personable. She didn't seem to want to know much about me or my health-related goals.
The doctor did an excellent job in discussing my medical issue and my medical history to determine the best management for my issue going forward. Her nurse contacted me the next day to notify me of an additional medical test that I should complete and left her name/phone number with any questions that I had. I was very satisfied with her professionalism and knowledge. I felt very comfortable with her assessment of my medical issue and recommendations to help/solve the medical issue. I will book with her for my future medical appointments and issues.
Dr Gottwald continues to be thorough, proactive and responsive professional. I would recommend her to anyone.
