I think it's ridiculous to make my copay at the office and the very next day receive a bill for the same copay via email. Hence, I had to call billing to have the charge reversed spending a 20 minutes on hold waiting for it to be processed correctly. I was told the payment was entered incorrectly at the office then told it was a system error, when I suggested that I stop making my payments at the office and just do it via the live well app where I have had no issue. I was advised that I could not do that because I'm expected to pay at the time of service.

Yes. But there's so much to say about Dr.Sureddi and her staff--everyone who provides care at her clinic--I'll have to submit a more lengthy note to the universe.
