I was referred by my PCP for 3 issues. Somewhere in the referral process, the third issue was missed. I brought it up during the appointment with this provider. I'm not sure that the third issue was fully addressed. When labs have been ordered, it would be helpful to see some instruction in the AFTER VISIT SUMMARY regarding the labs-- "These labs require XX hours of fasting." or "These labs do not require fasting."
