I happen to like this doctor and his staff very much. I feel confident in what they tell me and how they provide care to me.

The docs at this practice are the best in their field. The nurses are professional, too. The office staff is barely competent. Communication within the office is a problem. When checking out the office staff didn't have the information they needed and attempted to schedule a future appointment I didn't need. I then corrected the situation. The next day the office called to schedule an appointment I didn't need, again. They need to have better inter-office communications.

Dr Goldstein is knowledgeable and respectful. He seems to care and provide solutions from my previous experience with. I was assured by my primary physician and Dr. Goldstein's staff that they received all test results. At time of visit he did not have my history. I told him exactly how I felt but I'm not sure he really heard m.e. It seamed my testing from Alexian Brothers was not good enough but they treat me with respect and appointments made quickly. My outpatient experience with LGH was extremely frustrating,exhausting
