Great Doctor
I arrived 10 minutes early to a 3:20 appointment. I wasn't called in to a room until 3:45, then waited until at least 4:30 until the provider entered. I didn't leave until 4:45. I can appreciate a provider running a few minutes late. However, over an hour is a bit much. I know there is a shortage of available specialists, so I won't lay the blame squarely on the provider or the clinic staff. Perhaps Advocate Aurora should invest their money in hiring more providers, rather than buying up more hospital system across the nation.
Dr. Goldstein is the BEST !!
Told to arrive 15 minutes early and then they call you 15 minutes after your appointment time. Was taken back to the exam room where I waited another 45 minutes for the doctor. Then he says " it's been a long time since I've seen you" Thats because you cancel your appointments and when I ask for the next available appointment I have to wait 3 or 4 months to see the doctor.
I have been going to Dr Goldstein for 25 + years and I have confidence in his expertise with my health issues.
Dr. Goldstein continues to be a great partner in my healthcare. He educates and motivates me at all times.
