NP Sam was very attentive and thorough with my exam due to a recent illness. He explained treatment plan and discussed when to come back if needed. I am very happy internal med and family practice have a nurse practitioner now at Hartland, especially for illness visits. Many times hard to get into provider quickly and then have to go to urgent care. He is patient, I never felt rushed. One of the best hand washing techniques I have seen in front of the patient. Will see him again!
