I think Dr. E Shah did a good job listening and providing answers to my concerns. His assistant was very friendly. The receptionist should acknowledge clients not ignore them. A simple greeting or gesture would do.

It was my first time in this doctor's office. The people that checked me in all the way to the doctor himself were all friendly and professional. It was a pleasure.
