Dr. Shah is a good doctor. I am happy with him and his services. No complain.

While I appreciate the streamlining of the check-in process and the availability of historical data, the need to enter that data limits the ability of any physician to interact with the patient.

I don't know why they rejected me because I was 15 minutes late, it's frustrating that the doctor didn't want to see me, I was willing to wait but they didn't reject me, I had to wait 8 more days, I think that this is not something professional and when I wanted to make the appointment the The person took things and gave me a card to make a phone call. I went to the first floor and did it with another person. It was not friendly and professional. That person, the person who answered me on the second floor, did not like me, but the second person did. it was the first floor ground floor

It was extremely difficult to get in to see this provider I had to wait two and a half weeks before I could see him. Also I would like to tell you that he recommended me to see a specialist and to get a CT scan and I had to ask if it was because he is checking for cancer. The provider would not have provided me with that information unless I asked.

Always leave appointments feeling informed and provider always invites me to reach out if situations arise.
