NP Samantha Robe gave me excellent care as a health provider.

I experienced a delay in starting my Nurses' visit to draw blood, send the blood to the lab, get results and receive any required infusions until after meeting with Samantha. This delay was not explained to me prior to today's visit and is contrary to my prior two month's of nurses visits; where I would come into the treatment room; begin my blood draw, lab work, and receive any infusions prior to the the Dr. visit (which may or may not be on schedule). I respectfully insist on being received for blood draw, lab work, and any infusions at 08:30 AM prior to any Dr. consultation as has been my experience for the prior two months.
