I like the way this provider progresses thru the appointment in an organized manner.

First time I seen her so it's hard to give an opinion. She did a good job, listened to me and explain things well. At this point I would recommend her.

Our zoom connection was poor. I haven't had this issue with using Zoom through Aurora before. I had to ask her to repeat things because of this, which made for an inefficient appointment. The call dropped 3 times, which again, was unusual.

All were very nice !!!!

Aurora is so lucky to have caring, compassionate people. So do what you need to do to keep them!

Samantha took extra time to refresh herself on my medical history and listen to me talk about how things had changed. She clearly presented me with my treatment options and gave her opinions and expertise when I asked. I left feeling confident in my treatment plan and I truly felt as though I had been heard and seen. I really appreciated the appointment.
