I understand well that things happen and providers run late. I think it would not only be professional , but also kind to give your patient an update their appointment is delayed. Especially after 15 minutes or more. All of the staff were at their desks lesss tham 10 feet away.I would have felt better if someone took the time to donthat.

The nurse seemed to be in a rush seen I was a symptomatic patient I was rushed in the room no weight taken, no temperature taken and she also took my BP on my forearm instead of getting out the large cuff she needed to use . Didn't ask many questions about what I had going on she just went off of what I had entered in my appointment notes when scheduling online. I also wasn't given any information on isolation after testing positive for influenza A I looked it up myself to keep others safe. I feel like I would have gotten a better work up across the hall in urgent care and wouldn't have been treated like I had the plague.
Dr Sam and her staff are 5 star providers. Listen, take action , professional excellent.
Dr Sam is friendly, takes the time to answer any questions, very thorough and explains things in a manner that I can easily understand. She is an amazing doctor!
