Dr. Sam is always very gracious and encouraging. She is also very knowledgeable and follows-up constantly and timely. I sm happy with her. The lady who drew my blood was the most exceptional pricker I have had in MANY years. The best. I did not even feel the prick, quick, certain, no pain, and she was not feeling that well that day, and still did a phenomenal job. She needed to be a leader of the drawing blood, teaching others what to do for sure!

Dr. Sam is a caring, nurturing and very professional. I feel like she really listened to me and treated me like a person not just another patient. I would recommend her to anyone! I am very grateful to have her as my Doctor.

I understand well that things happen and providers run late. I think it would not only be professional , but also kind to give your patient an update their appointment is delayed. Especially after 15 minutes or more. All of the staff were at their desks lesss tham 10 feet away.I would have felt better if someone took the time to donthat.
