Everyone in the office is always polite and helpful

Dr Sam is awesome. The only improvement recommendation I have relates to Aurora's office administration. A patient shouldn't have to wait 6 to 8 weeks for the Aurora preauthorization team to complete a standard form. A patient should also be given a phone number or email to follow-up on their preauthorization status in the queue.
