There was a new receptionist. She spent over 15 min on the phone with one person trying to find an appt date. 2 people including me waited that entire time to be checked in. Just a matter of understanding priorities and that someone can be put on hold. She was a very cordial person, but everyone, including the doctor, would benefit from better training if the staff.

I came into the office because of a very bad cold & could not get to see my regular doctor at Aurora Hartland. I was very happy Samantha was able to see me & she prescribed various meds which are helping already.

I have always found that the Aurora staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. There has never been a problem that couldn't be fixed, or explained. I am so grateful for all the wonderful people at Aurora.
