I just started going to Aurora. I was going to the VA clinic in Union Grove. Overall the experience here at Aurora was very nice and helpful.

Calling Aurora by phone to reach your doctors office to schedule a simple appointment is a nightmare - very unfriendly and extremely burdensome. The operator seemed to have an attitude and was not helpful in getting the contact made. It is simpler to just drive over and schedule the appointment in person. Much more efficient use of time. Not sure if it is a contracted service, or what, but it is not working well.

This was the first time to this office recommendation from my husband! Everyone was great. Even when I got lost and someone else helped me. The doctor walked me thru everything. His nurse was great and so was the receptionist! Thank you!

Very disappointed in the check in process. Was forced to sign a form in order to see the doctor that stated I was responsible for the payment because. I was likely out of network.I was not out of network that is verified with my insurance company.The form stated that I received a copy of my. Cost which I did not.The person checking me in didn't have her name badge facing me and when I asked for her name was told she could just say that the CSR gave us the information. Totally unacceptable process.

I finally found a doctor that I like and works with me to provide care and comfort, questions and concerns are addressed and remedied timely, whether in office or the Live Well APP
