Dr.Sam was one of the best primary care physicians I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with. He has great bedside manner, he explained things thoroughly and most importantly he did not make me feel rushed. Would recommend to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, friendly, and caring physician.

Front desk staff was nice. Provider was on time and helpful. This was my first visit to this practice and I was pleased.
