EVERYONE HERE SEEM TO BE VERY KIND UNDERSTANDING, LISTEN TO WHAT IS BEING SAID AND TAKE THERE TIME GOING OVER AND EXPLAINING WHAT MIGHT BE HAPPENING AND WHAT THEY CAN DO FOR YOU.
My overall experience with the tech and physician was a pleasure. I didn't feel rushed and I always feel heard when I am with them. However, my experience with the ladies in the front entrance is never great. They are rarely welcoming, chit chatting amongst each other and rude.

I felt comfortable and quite confident my first visit could not have been better.
I walked in the office and the receptionist with short red hair had an attitude about me not wearing a mask. I don't mind wearing a mask in fact as soon as I walked in I planned on putting one on but every mask box was completely emptied. Unfortunately I had no choice but to continue without one she raised her voice about me not wearing one and had a issue with even giving me one. I made the suggest of first addressing me with a hello before you demanded me to put one on. I'm fully vaccinated so I know how important it is to be vaccinated and wear a mask to stop the spread of diseases. However I normally wouldn't care about how she acted but when I walked out from my appointment she had her mask completely down. You can't demand someone to do something and not have your employee follow the rules as well. I work in a clinical setting and I would never be as rude as she was. As a new patient to the office she was my first encounter and it wasn't how I know advocate to be. With that being said every other team member I came across was absolutely perfect and professional and if I had to base my experience off of her I wouldn't come again but because of the other team members I was delighted to stay on as a patient.
