I think if there was a written Transcript of the entire process I wouldn't have to try to remember everything that was said I could look it up. I don't remember things like I used to my wife had lots of questions and I said I don't know this way there she would be satisfied.

I very much appreciate the thoroughnesses and attention to detail of Dr. Waheeduddin.

The physician was excellent. The x-ray technician and the receptionists were the unfavorable encounters. The front desk staff could have been friendlier. Rather than looking at my chart to determine when I should see the doctor again, she makes an educated guess and books my appointment for when she thinks I should. It was unnerving to ask the x-ray tech a question because she got defensive and responded a question with a question. That was an unpleasant experience!
