Dr. Jafilan was phenomenal. From the moment he stepped in the room his attention was directed entirely on me, the patient. He listened intently as I explained to him the history of my symptoms without interjecting or cutting me off. He took written notes to remain engaged in our discussion, make eye contact and, as I came to find later, observe me to better understand my condition. He asked pertinent questions and walked back through every symptom to provide a potential explanation. He then collaborated with me to discuss next steps in my care plan. There were multiple times during the visit that he referenced prior visits, labs or notes in my chart indicating he had done his homework prior to stepping into the room. He was thorough and very knowledgeable. Not once did I feel rushed and throughout my many doctors appointments over the years I've never felt more heard or seen. Thank you Dr. Jafilan! I wish there were more care providers like you out there.

I really appreciate that I was taken care on a timely manner. The MA that checked me in was very kind and was able to make my therapy appointment before I left. The doctor not only explained to me but showed me images on the PC to help me understand. I had an excellent patient experience.
We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Jafilan. He was very thorough in addressing our concerns considering that our daughter has multiple medical complications. It was clear that he really knew what he was talking about and did not "fear" her various diagnoses when creating a treatment plan.
That he is an excellent Doctor, he listens carefully to the patient's health problems and solves them.
