This was an emergency appointment with a doctor I have never met. She was friendly, thorough, and gave me more advice than expected. Going well beyond what I was in for initially. She paid attention to my questions and respected my time as well.
Checking insurance before a patient comes in if it's not taken or terminated something that could be helpful if it was mentioned before the appointment date.

Excellent discussion about my medical conditions we were discussing. She educated me on my lab test results, answered my questions and discussed the impact various medications would have on my liver and kidneys. We agreed on a plan that was the best option for me.
