Excellent doctor, I loved the attention and professionalism

The provider was very caring and attentive. However, the MA in the clinic is rude and did not explain the testing she needed to do to my daughter prior to doing it and it caused my daughter a lot of distress and discomfort during and after the visit. Working with children is different than adults and this is a family practice, so I would hope all staff are prepared to support their patients based on age.

Everyone was very considerate, the Dr listened to what I had to say. My concern is when I call to see the Dr I'm told to go the emergency room or a clinic.
