I had a specialist copay of $75 at the time of visit except when I got there I couldn't pay my copay because the person at the front desk didn't have anything in her computer saying she could bill me. I called my insurance company before the visit and they ensured me all I owed was the copay, but now I need to call Aurora's billing department and figure out what I owe. I wonder why this can't be an easy transaction that has to result in me wasting time to figure out my bill? I did my homework prior to the visit and then I couldn't pay.
