It is ridiculous that I get hounded by texts and emails to check in for my appointments then proceed to get asked all the same questions when I arrive for my appointment.
I have been seeing her for about 8 years-very infrequently because I find her very distant and disinterested in me-might be a personality conflict, might be timing, that she only has time to deal with specific issues-no reference to a rsv shot, or pneumonia, didn't ask about a colonoscopy wasn't familiar with my health history.I think Aurora needs to review their policy about how doctors spend their time

First visit so provider was not aware of previous health history. Both providers I saw were professional and courteous as was front desk staff.
This new provider made it very easy to become established with her. Look forward to a good relationship.
