The medical assistant was very good at getting the necessary information to give to the doctor.
I was in the hospital for two weeks, where this provider serves. She did not visit or participate in my care during that whole time. However, she was critical of the services that were provided by others.
The appt. was to review the CT chest scan I had 5 days prior to my visit. The scan hadn't been read by a radiolist yet. It took 5 calls ,2 by the nurse and 3 by my Dr. to get the scan read. The appt. that was supposed be 20-30 min. turned out to be 2 hours.
Just that it was a great experience.
They were very sufficient on the w work they did
She took the time to get everything I needed done and somewhat explained the process to get my health equipment in the future.
Keep up the great service.
I appreciate her taking the time out to see me. But I must say she has to take her time with patients. When she asks a question, she needs to give a person a chance to respond. Every question I tried to answer she over talked me and cut me off. I never felt so unheard in my life. Patience & better listening skills is definitely needed. But overall she was ok.
I totally understand that she needed to see a patient in the hospital before me. I like her. She's through. She makes me want to take my health more seriously.
I like her alot but unhappy that she is moving to an office further away from me
