She also listened to me and respected my knowledge of self and the research I had done regarding my health and current situation. It was refreshing to be validated when saying that no one knows us better than we know ourselves. Decisions were mine to make as I felt comforted in knowing we were a team of sorts. Dr. Al-Saghir reminded me that if I need anything to not hesitate to call and come to see her. I will as she has earned my trust and respect.
