Awesome Experience

With Dr. Ruchita Patel and her staff it is ALWAYS A PLEASURE to interact with them! Dr. Patel is a very good doctor in my opinion and I respect and appreciate her medical advice! She really seems to care greatly for her patients & their well-being. I look forward to seeing her in the future! The ONLY THING I would like to see changed is the ability to contact her or her staff made easier through the Portal! It is not just her and her staff that it seems to have become more difficult to send messages to my Healthcare providers using the Portal! I tried to contact my primary doctor or her nurse (via message like I was able to do some months ago) via the Portal and it seems like that can be done through it is to schedule a appointment with a doctor! What is up with that? Sometimes communication between myself and my providers and or their staff is ALL THAT IS NEEDED & not an office visit! Please change this back to where we can communicate with our providers! Thank you in advance for your help with this matter!!

I love Dr. Patel. She always listens carefully and is very informative and helpful. However, Advocate is making it harder and harder for me to get appointments and get the help I need. I may have to find a new provider.

Dr Patel is one of the most caring individuals I've ever met in all the years of seeing doctors. I can't say enough about her. She takes her time to listen and never rushes you out until you are satisfied with your treatment plan.
