My wait time was an hour. The physician I saw was covering for my normal physician because she was on vacation.

Dr. Parikh and her assistant were excellent and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions. It is a pleasure to have her as my doctor.

I would have liked more options for diagnostics

This was my first time meeting Dr Ruchi! I really felt comfortable talking with her and I am glad she will be my physician. She explained my current health, listened to my current actions toward improved health and made recommendations for attaining goals! I loved the facilities and staff also! ?

i had scheduled my appointment to be my yearly physical and pap yet the doctor had gotten confused and only did my pap and sent me on my way. to which my mom called the office back and the receptionist refused to speak with her when i had already signed the form for them to speak to her. i then had to come back into the office get reroomed to get the rest of my appointment when it should have been communicated to the doctor what i was there for as i confirmed with the MA that my appointment was for a pap and physical

They took the time to listen to my concerns and gave me great information. They didn't make me feel rushed at all!!
