The visit was great but the 15 minutes of holding before someone at Advocate answered the phone to transfer me to the doctor's office so I could talk to the nurse or doctor about my dizzy spell was beyond frustrating. I used to be able to call directly to the doctor's office. This needs to get fixed.

This was my first meeting with the doctor as I was looking for a new GP. So far I am pleased.

It was my first time and they have a very kind staff. They make me feel confident, as did the doctor. She listens patiently. I liked that and she answers all of your questions.
