I can't put this doctor because I wanted a new primary care physician. This facility is very close to my home and convenient and I was very happy with the doctor and her staff
Dr. Hussain is an excellent PCP!! Treat her very well and do not run her out of Aurora like my last PCP!! That's not right!!

She answered all the things I ask. And she was all I liked in a doctor I like.
I was not pleased that a change in my medication was ordered after I left because it did not provide me the opportunity to discuss it with my doctor while I was there. I realize the doctor's schedule may not have allowed her the time to see me again prior to my leaving and that it was most likely based on a second bp check completed before I left, but receiving a brief phone call from an assistant of the doctor with no explanation was not appropriate. I did send the doctor a message, was notified in a prompt manner that the message would be given to her for review, and have no doubt that I will receive a response; however, from my point of view, it creates a disconnect and lessens the quality of care I have come to expect from Aurora.
Dr. Hussain is a Wonderful Doctor. She explains everything to me and advised me on things I can do to improve my health. She is the greatest Doctor I have ever had.
I was upset that I took off work early to get to my appointment 15 minutes early to sit in the waiting room for at least 30 minutes. Maybe if people are late for their appointments they need to reschedule instead of sneaking them in so everyone else has to wait forever to see the doctor at their appointed time.
The only concern is the wait. We are asked to arrive 15 minutes early but often wait about 45 minutes to an hour to see doctor. I said yes to a flu shot so I wouldnt have to debate with personnel so I could leave. My time is valuable as well.
Cna could have been friendlier.
Dr. Hussain is the best, she always makes me feel better. Very, very knowledgeable. So happy and pleased to have her as my Dr.
