Dr. Cardelli did give me a lot of info that I needed. I had a number of questions one that was important and I asked it but did not get an answer before she walked out. I'm sure she had another patient waiting . I'll try to see if I can send a message to ask the question again as it is one I need to help me make a decision about a Rx I am on.

Roxanne is very personable physician who presents as a caring and informed provider. The after care summary was a bit confusing, as it said that blood labs were due on that day. I called to get clarification about why no one told me I need to go to the lab. I even asked the nurse before I left if I was finished. She told me that everything was complete for this visit. I called back later and was told that the labs were only notes for the staff and would be completed at a future visit. This was a bit confusing , but was cleared up with the extra follow up phone call.

Always a pleasant and comforting experience in getting all my questions answered and dealt with. There's even an opportunity for laughter which is great as I leave on a positive note.

I had a very good routine physical exam visit with Dr. Cardelli. She answered my questions and provided me with great suggestions to help motivate me to work exercise into my day to help me feel better and help get me to be more healthy. I appreciate her advice on eating better as well. It was a nice visit and we even had some laughs to keep things light hearted.
