Dr Miroi is a good doctor ekxplained everything

When I checked in at the front desk I was given a clip board with three pages of questions to answer. I had already answered those same questions a week earlier on my computer as part of the registration process. I'm confused why I had to answer those again.

Pleasant and received more help than I expected.
