I waited 30 minutes to get my blood drawn after my initial appointment. They also had an issue with the labels.
I love Dr. Roxana Miroi because of her kindness & intelligence! She knows how to make me feel ease, she expresses empathy with the difficult time I'm having in managing my health, gives practical advice on what steps to take to manage it and I trust her completely.
Made a sick visit appointment and was extremely ill. Made to wait as long as I was outside and inside exam room...not good.
My wife and I went in to get our ears flushed and we were asked to use wax softener and reschedule for a week later.
Dr. Miroi is very thorough and addressed my concerns and questions. She takes enough time with me, so I do not feel rushed. She checked all my vaccinations to make sure they were up to date and told me what I need to work on.
