My appt was at 730a and the doors to the building were locked. I called office and the representative could not get a hold of anyone in the office. It wasn't until someone from another office came to open double doors that I was able to get into the building. If appts are offered this early then the staff should make sure building doors are open.
I don't have to wait that long to be seen. But what I don't like is that when I want to make my appointments I can't do it directly at the office where my doctor is.
For me everything is fine until today
