Rosario was very caring & supportive. She listened to what I had to say before offering very good suggestions. I did not feel rushed & she went over my care plan again at the end of visit to make sure I understood. I felt so much better after this telehealth visit with Rosario.

The care is very good, but the problem is that getting an appointment is very difficult because there aren't any available nearby, and I think that's an obstacle to receiving care when needed. By the time you get an appointment, you're already cured, or you have to look elsewhere where they can treat you. I think they should reserve some appointment slots for people who need them immediately.

I wish I could get an appointment with my family doctor when I need one, because it's always been very difficult to get one. And it's not just medical appointments; even getting a referral is a hassle and difficult.

The entire staff, doctors, and nurses are extremely cooperative and wonderful.
