I just find Medicare Wellness checks ridiculous. No liver check, no abdominal check, no checking of lymph nodes, throat, ears, nose. How do you get a real physical?

I appreciate his ability to listen but I mostly appreciate his views of wellness. We talked a lot about diet, exercise and other natural ways to improve overall wellness. He did not make me feel stupid, stressed or push narratives that I feel are harmful. He made me feel like a human being that deserves respect. I didn't feel like just another number the system was trying to get money from. I felt like this was a honest professional interaction where my wellbeing truly was the top priority. I am grateful for this experience.
