There was a young man having some type of mental issue when I entered the Waukesha facility. He was on the phone shouting, arguing and swearing at someone. There were 2-3 employees standing around. Apparently this had been going on for some time and it seemed they were unsure how to handle him. I had to walk pass him and I was apprehensive to be in that situation. I mentioned it to the office personnel checking me in also.

The person that called me about my results didn't seem to understand what she was conveying to me. She mispronounced the test names, Albumin and creatinine. She said the results were all normal but some weren't. It was truly a waste of her time to call because the information she gave me wasn't informative and she didn't seem to know what she was talking about.
