Overall excellence from reception, nurses and Dr. Lichtenbaum. Very attentive and helpful with questions and concerns and guidance for continued care.
It was nice being there the girls that were with the doctors very polite good attitude and Doctor Lichtenbaum We agree each other very politely he is a wonderful doctor I'm glad I have them thank you for this service it was nice seeing him again it's been quite a while that I haven't seen my doctor I recommend him to my friend and Illinois Masonic is one of my best hospital really nice people working in there
Excellent care!
I will be planning on Dr Lichtenbaum for my surgery after that appointment.. Doctor and staff seem excellent and I was so impressed that the doctor took the time to explain everything to me. That is what made me decide on him.
Dr. Roger Lichtenbaum (and his PA and the whole staff) were absolutely wonderful people, professional, knowledgable, and comfortable to work with. I'm grateful for both his expertise, and the fact that he was engaging and helpful to speak with about my back.
Bad experience in setting an appointment. The impression was discouraging new comers to this facility. The front desk took more than half an hour to send me to my provider. Further time was lost probably the wrong entry made from my ID and claimed to be not matching with my insurance record. Finally I called insurance co and connected with your front desk to confirm my date of birth. Lots of time waste and I had to reach my job quite late and being hourly I was not paid for not worked. Working hours of the facility are also not suited to working people.
Doctor and his staff were very informative and courteous. Thay all explained issues to me so I could understand and showed me MRI results so I could visually see what he was talking about.
The Whole team is Wonderful.Doctor I felt very comfortable with.
This experience was much better than my last few experiences with my primary care physician who I will be changing because of her poor communication and unwillingness to get to the root cause of my issues. The office staff was also a class above the office of my primary care physician whom I find unprofessional and lacking in basic communication skills.
