I was left to myself to schedule a follow up with oncology. Why was this not done by advocate and placed upon the patient? I just went through a massive brain surgery. It seems basic to ne that my hospital will help me schedule things within the hospital. It seems lazy to make me sit on hold and junky through hoops.
Dr Lichtenbaum is awesome and the staff are great and very helpful with my needs and I am very grateful for the support and guidance that they have given me and I thank you all very much. Happy holidays
