Happy with everything Doctor and staff are wonderful

Dr. Thill was very professional and thorough. He was patient and listened to all of my concerns. He went over my options and explained the procedure in detail if I were to have surgery. After I left the office I had one other concern I didn't bring up during the consultation, so I left a message in the portal. I was surprised how quickly he responded. I am beyond impressed.

My visit should have been scheduled after I had another procedure completed. I will have a longer time to determine if I need a procedure.

He saw me as a fellow humanbeing. He was very cordial, respectful, listened to me attentively, knowledgeable, and answered my questions. I left feeling confident in him as a provider of care. He also encouraged me to come back and see him if I had any further questions. I appreciated that invitation.

Dr Thill was very candid about the surgical options and likelihood that surgery would resolve my issue/symptoms and provided clear direction as the next steps I should take.
