There was a stand in nurse for her regular nurse. I did not appreciate her bedside manner!! Her tone and the rate of speed she was asking questions you felt she was rushing through the check in process. There was no connection. It was very mechanical and unprofessional. When I actually saw the regular nurse, I was so glad to learn she was still with my primary.

Dr. Byas is always very informative when she shares with her patients how to help them improve their health. If you have questions, she is very patient about answering your questions thoroughly.

I have been with Dr Byas for while I trust that she only want what is best for me.
