I had a late appointment and by the G e time l was leaving the receptionist to me she could not schedule my next appointments because it was after 7pm. I was the only t G ere and she was seating at the desk. It was very unprofessional and unprofessional warranted. She clearly was still on the clock.

Advocate health clinic is close to my residence. That is the reason I like the location. One improvement could be once in the Dr. Office or should I say waiting on the Dr.to come in the room is a very long time. That is my only concern at this time.

Dr. Byas is an excellent primary care physician. She is knowledgeable, thorough and attentive. She is personable and caring. I am most fortunate to have her as my physician.
