The Medical Assistant was great as well! She was knowledgeable, personable and accommodating. Dr. Byas was her usual warm, welcoming and caring self! I can imagine not having her as my primary care physician. She is in a class by herself!!!
Dr. Byas was very thorough, caring, knowledgeable, professional, and proactive with information and examples how to prevent and manage my health and wellness challenges. I'm grateful that Dr. Byas provided information on my last visit and a referral that I never heard of to help me with a very difficult situation that was affecting my health and home life. Dr. Byas was outstanding listening with understanding; explaining scenarios, educating, and advocating. I felt like a weight was lifted off of me with options that I expect to help me to recover. Dr. Byas has passion as a medical doctor for the medical science and compassion as a person for her patients. I wish there were more doctors like her. I am grateful to God for Dr. Byas and her years of service at Advocate Beverly. Please recognize and reward Dr. Byas for the exceptional services she has continued to provide here. Front desk personnel are all on their phones . Personal as well as advocates phones patients standing waiting no since of urgency . I arrived at 12:45 pm did not leave until 2:30pm . This office is never on schedule .
I have been under Dr Byas care for at least 10 years and she is very patient and kind. She has helped me through some difficult times. Glad to be her patient.
