I have a great doctor. My problem is when you arrive. The people at the reception desk if your doctor is behind, they should share with you that they're falling behind and sorry for the inconvenience. Secondly, when you get in the back in the room more than 10 minutes it's unacceptable, they can try and do better with that other than that I have no problem

Dr. Byas is an outstanding physician. She was professional, kind, and extremely helpful with my diagnosis of bronchitis, her prescription order for me and recommendations for my follow-up care. She continues to be a wonderful asset to the Advocate Aurora medical team!
