My original appointment which I waited a few weeks for was cancelled at the last minute. The subsequent appointment was a month later. We were told told to arrive by 8:45a for a 9:00 appointment but didn't get called until 10:15. After the appointment, we were sent to lab and waited over an hour to be called for bloodwork.
Dr. Byas is very kind, attentive and does her job in a professional way. She also is very caring and when I leave her office I feel like I've visited a friend that's truly interested in my well-being.
